How to fix the uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini error.

This wordpress error usually pops up in localhost server , after installing wordpress , when we are trying to upload any file whose file size is greater than the default file size, which is 2 mb.  So to fix this error, we have to modify the php configuration file and change the upload_max_filesize to 200 mb or as desired.

First go to the installation directory of your localhost server, i.e – C: drive

Then, Program Files,

Then, the localhost installation folder, for me its EasyPHP-Devserver-16.1

Inside it to eds-binaries folder,

Then Php folder,

Search for the file , php.ini

Open it with notepad, and search for the string upload_max_filesize,

When you have found it,

php

Modify the value to upload_max_filesize = 200M

Save it, and restart the server.

The problem will be solved.
